Yes. Federal legislation passed in February 2026 confirmed that STC factors will decrease from May 1st. Systems over 14kWh will face tapered rebates. Further reductions happen every 6 months from January 2027 until the program ends in 2030. Right now through April 30 is the last window for maximum savings.
